Welcome to the Marlboro Faculty Association’s
1000 Book Project website. We’re located in Marlboro
New York in the beautiful Hudson Valley. This project
has united teachers with parents, students, schools,
libraries, businesses and the community in a joint effort
to help Marlboro’s children to learn to read and
Marlboro’s families to enjoy reading quality literature
together.
This site will introduce you to our 1000 Book Project
and tell you how to register and use it at our local
libraries. It will explain how to sponsor a book pack
or start your own 1000 Book Project in your school district
through your teachers’ union.
We of the Marlboro Faculty Association appreciate all
that our community has accomplished through the 1000
Book Project.
